1. Operational Agreement

By accessing the Alfadiron ecosystem or initiating a project protocol with our agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to select our clients and projects based on alignment with our architectural vision.

2. Intellectual Property & Digital Legacies

All preliminary designs, wireframes, code structures, and strategic blueprints engineered by Alfadiron remain the exclusive intellectual property of our agency until full project deployment and financial settlement are complete. Upon final handover, the agreed-upon digital assets are transferred to the client.

3. Project Execution & Revisions

We operate with surgical precision. Project scopes, timelines, and revision cycles are strictly defined in individual project contracts. Any scope creep or additional architectural changes outside the signed agreement will require a secondary protocol and adjusted compensation.

4. Liability Limitation

Alfadiron engineers robust, high-performance systems. However, we are not liable for system degradations caused by third-party hosting failures, unauthorized client modifications, or external cyber events post-deployment.
